Here are upcoming events and milestones related to the Lynnfield Public Library Renovation project:

  • Early October – Progress Update to Library Renovation Committee and Project Design Estimate
  • Throughout October – Trustee Listening Sessions. Please visit the Library Calendar to see exact dates and times
  • Wed 10/16 – Tappe presents to Select Board at 5 pm at Al Merritt Center
  • Late October, Early November – Join Director Abby Porter on Building Tours to learn more about the current state of the building and ask questions. Please visit the Library Calendar to see exact dates and times
  • Wed 11/13 – Town Meeting Vote 
  • (If vote passes) Early January – Ballot vote on debt exclusion
  • If the project moves forward, the anticipated start date is 2026 after Public Safety finishes
