Supporting the Library During National Library Week

Categories:

April 23 – 29 was this year’s National Library Week! All week long we celebrated on social media and shared ways that you can support the Library. Here’s a quick recap:

Sign up for a library card. The easiest way to support the library is to join us and get a library card! Your library card will get you access to not only the books, DVDs, Library of Things, and more in the library itself, but all of our digital resources, museum discount passes, and more. Click here for more information about signing up.

Send us your feedback. One of the best ways to support the library is to provide feedback–especially in written form. You all already did this spectacularly in February for Love Your Library Month! Let’s keep it going all year round! Email your thoughts to lfd@noblenet.org.

Attend a program–at the Library or elsewhere in town. Have you attended one of our off-site events that take place outside the Library? All summer long we partner with MarketStreet to host programs on their Green, and we are always at the Meeting House for larger events and presentations. See our full slate of programs on our calendar.

Join the Friends of the Library. The Friends support the Library in so many ways, including funding many of our programs and our museum passes. To join the Friends of the Library or to donate, visit foll.org!
