Lynnfield Public Schools Summer Reading Assignment 2024

The Lynnfield Public Library is open all summer long to help Lynnfield Public School students find their summer reading books! A selection of the books for Grade 1-4 can be found on the blue cart in the Lynnfield Library Children’s Room along with Fish in a Tree and El Deafo. For grades 1st – 4th 

This summer the elementary school has published a list of suggested books for students. A selection of them along with the LPS Elementary Summer of Fun Calendar can be found on the blue Summer Reading cart in the Children’s Room. 

For 5th grade

For 6th grade 

For 7th & 8th Grade

Each incoming seventh or eighth grader is required to read one book over the summer. Students have chosen a book to read that is sponsored by one of next year’s grade 7 or grade 8 teachers. Students Should check their Google Classroom if they have forgotten their assigned book.
